COLECTIVO COFFEE ROASTERS is hiring Caf Co-Workers to join our Food & Beverage Operations team. In this barista role, you’ll craft high-quality espresso drinks, brew coffee to exacting standards, and provide warm, efficient service to every guest. You’ll operate the POS, handle cash accurately, restock and rotate product, and maintain a clean, welcoming café environment.
