Our combination of talent and experience generates unprecedented solutions for diverse and iconic projects around the globe.Job ResponsibilitiesPennoni, a leading engineering and design consulting firm is currently looking for a CADD Technician with experience consistent but not limited to:Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiencyExperience with Civil 3D and CarlsonPerform deeds research, deed plotting and map checks.Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptionsProvide office support.Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings.Ensure schedules and productivity objectives are achieved.Required AttributesRequired education: Associates Degree or High school / GED and equivalent experienceMinimum years of work experience: 4-7Computer skills required: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent computer and technical skills, Civil 3D, and AutoCADProficient in technical math, including geometry and trigonometryStrong listening, writing, and verbal communications skillsStrong work ethic and team-player attitudePreferred AttributesAdapt well to new situationsTeam player and a problem solver that can work with a high level of accuracyWhy Work With Us?At our core, we recognize that the unique qualities of our Pennoni individuals are essential for innovation and growth as a whole.
