CAD Support LeadThe Tier-1 MCAD Support Engineer (Siemens NX) provides first-line technical support for Mechanical CAD (MCAD) systems using Siemens NX in an enterprise engineering environment.
The role focuses on user onboarding, access provisioning, installation, licensing, environment configuration, basic NX usage support, and NX-PLM (Teamcenter) connectivity.Serve as first point of contact for Siemens NX user issues via Jira toolResolve common Tier-1 issues:NX application launch failuresLogin and access problemsLicense checkout and expiration errorsProvide basic “how-to” support for NX users:3D Parts FilesAssembly filesDrawing filesInstall and configure approved Siemens NX versions per enterprise standardsPerform basic Siemens NX license diagnostics (FlexLM)Validate workstation readiness (OS, graphics, memory, VPN)Log, track, and update incidents using JiraSupport new mechanical engineer onboarding for Siemens NXStrong knowledge with the Operating systems Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
Experience with Networking and Software configuration Management.
