Our team is excited to meet you!Job Overview & ResponsibilitiesAs a Design Modeling and Configuration Engineer with ULA you will be collaborating with an innovative technical team, you will work to create and maintain software, hardware, and documentation configuration baselines through the use of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System, Teamcenter Review. You will update, and process electrical and mechanical design changes to ensure compliance with modeling and design standards while ensuring compliance to engineering and configuration management procedures, company and industry standards.

The role will include duties and responsibilities such as:Resolve design modeling issues using computer aided design tools, such as Creo, NX and ZukenPerforming initial design analysis to aid in the design processReview, update, and approve design changes to ensure modeling, design and configuration standardsProvide CAD tool user supportDevelop and manage large complex 3D model structures to define the completed engineering designProducing and manipulating 3D visualizations for design integration, visual comprehension and understanding of complex designs and structuresDevelop alternative 3D models to perform leading edge technology efforts, such as model based definitions, additive manufacturing (3D printing) and proposed vehicle designsConfiguration identification, change control, status, verification, audits and data managementSubmit configuration status, maintain delivery schedules and facilitate change review boardsEstablish and maintain required configuration management recordsAct as an advocate of Product Lifecycle Management best practices, methods and processesUtilize configuration and data management proceduresSalary Range (for ULA - Denver only): $77,805.00 - $129,675.00 Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon a candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations.
