Electrical Designer/DrafterFieldBridge is looking for an Electrical Designer/Drafter in Houston, TX to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.Pay is $30–$50/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunity available | At $30/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of ~$1,650 gross; at $50/hr, earn up to ~$2,750 gross per week.Position OverviewFieldBridge is seeking an experienced Electrical Designer/Drafter to support engineering teams in the design and documentation of Hyperscale Data Center Modules.

The role is responsible for producing and reviewing electrical drawings, BOMs, and deliverables that meet customer requirements and applicable industry standards. The ideal candidate works independently, interfaces across project teams, and maintains a high standard of accuracy and quality throughout the design process.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce, check, and approve electrical deliverable drawings including cable routing, panel layouts, single-line schematics, loop diagrams, interconnect diagrams, cable schedules, and I/O schedulesPrepare bulk Material Take-Offs (MTOs) and detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) without direct engineering supervisionEnsure all drawings comply with Engineering, QA/QC standards, and applicable codes (NEC, IEC, NFPA, OSHA, IBC)Support Engineers in problem-solving by simulating issues in drawings and preparing Factory Acceptance Test sequence drawings and proceduresReview vendor data and drawings for compliance with client specifications; supervise outsourced design work to third-party firms as neededRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in electrical design for Hyperscale Data Center Modules or a related industrial environmentSolidWorks — requiredProficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Navisworks Manager/FreedomExperience with CAD and BIM software; working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM 360 a plusFamiliarity with industry standards: NEC, IEC, NFPA, IBC, OSHAMicrosoft Office 365 proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)PDF editor proficiency (Adobe, Foxit, or equivalent)SAP operational knowledge preferredTechnical certification in the design discipline requiredStrong communication skills in written and spoken EnglishAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well in high-pressure environments
