Requires practical experience in CAD environments (e.g., Creo) and familiarity with PLM systems , with the ability to work independently within established guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Supports engineering data quality and PLM readiness by executing CAD data cleanup and alignment activities within CAD and PLM systems.
- Works with engineers and CAD/PLM leads to update and validate part and assembly metadata, including attributes, naming conventions, and file structures, resolving inconsistencies across CAD files and associated product structures.
- Modifies and maintains 2D and 3D models as needed to ensure alignment with standards and accurate linkage to parts and BOMs, and supports file type standardization and CAD-PLM integration.
