Seeking a full-time, results-driven CAD/BIM Operator to prepare system installation drawings from engineered documentation for construction or permits while working remotely and managing various BIM modeling software and tasks. Key responsibilities Prepare security systems installation drawings from AutoCAD/REVIT files and manage 3D models for design coordination Conduct clash detection to assist project teams and update drawings as change orders are released by the customer Assemble drawing package sets and maintain project folders, ensuring quality and accuracy in all deliverables Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of seven years of AutoCAD/BIM experience and five years in the electronic security industry Computer-Aided Drafting Certificate and Revit for Architectural Design Professional Certification required Advanced skills in reading architectural and electrical layouts and diagrams Associate of Applied Science Degree (A.A.S) preferred
