- Must be able to handle customers and different situations
- Respond to Network Operations Center (NOC) trouble tickets and resolve issues remotely or onsite
- Perform RF surveys, public safety grid testing, and annual site surveys
- Document work activities, site conditions, and testing results
- Troubleshoot DAS, coax, fiber, and related equipment
- Perform basic installation, removal, wiring, and cabling tasks
- Coordinate with customers, engineers, and internal teams
