Astound is seeking a Cable Technician to install, service, and repair broadband, video, and phone services for residential and business customers. In this field role, you’ll run and terminate coax and Ethernet cabling, configure modems and WiFi equipment, and verify signal quality using test tools. You’ll educate customers on services, ensure neat, code-compliant installations, and document work orders accurately.
Collaborate with dispatch and network teams to resolve issues, support network upgrades, and uphold Astound’s customer-first, safety-focused culture in the communities we serve.
