Cable Puller HelperDoota Industrial America is seeking motivated and dependable Cable Puller Helpers to support electrical and low-voltage installation crews at the Samsung Semiconductor Plant in Taylor, Texas. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin or grow a career in the electrical construction industry.As a Cable Puller Helper, you will assist experienced electricians and cable technicians with pulling, routing, organizing, and securing cables throughout an active industrial construction site while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist cable pullers and electricians with pulling wire and cable through conduit, cable trays, and racewaysHelp stage, organize, and transport cable reels, tools, and materials throughout the job siteSupport the installation of power, control, communication, and low-voltage cablingSecure cables using ties, clamps, and other approved fastening methodsAssist with measuring, labeling, and organizing cables during installationLoad and unload materials, equipment, and suppliesKeep work areas clean, organized, and free of debrisFollow instructions from supervisors, lead cable pullers, and electriciansAssist with general construction and installation tasks as assignedObserve and comply with all OSHA regulations and Samsung site safety requirementsReport safety concerns or damaged equipment immediatelyMaintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a teamSkills & Physical RequirementsStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced industrial construction environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsMechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand toolsAble to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, and climb ladders throughout the workdayFrequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 poundsComfortable working in heat, dust, noise, and varying weather conditionsAbility to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a full shiftReliable, punctual, and safety-focusedRequirementsOSHA 10 Certification (required)High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial labor experience preferredElectrical or cable pulling experience is a plus but not requiredMust pass a background check and pre-employment drug screenReliable transportation to Taylor, TXMust be available to start work at 6:30 AMAbility to work overtime and weekends as project needs requireAbility to work safely around heavy equipment and active construction operationsPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience assisting electricians or cable installation crewsExperience using basic hand and power toolsFamiliarity with industrial construction sitesExperience working in semiconductor, manufacturing, or commercial constructionBilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean) is a plus
