About the Role
As a Cabinet Installer / Entry-Level Carpenter, you will support a variety of carpentry and installation projects across our 70-acre Life Plan Community. You'll work with a team dedicated to maintaining high-quality craftsmanship and creating safe, beautiful living environments for our residents.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and is comfortable using a range of hand and power tools.

What We're Looking For
- Prior carpentry experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments accurately
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading and writing
- Proper installation of cabinets
- Crown molding and trim work
- Installation of doors and door hardware
- Shelving installation
- General carpentry support as needed
