Project Implementation Manager12 months (Continue through the remainder of the LMR Program) The regional coordinator is a key contributor in planning, scheduling, facilitating, the deployment of the mobile radios across all geographical regions where Duke Energy has vehicles.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage multiple business units and multiple locations to ensure successful installation of the LMR radio.Work with business units to validate vehicle counts and locations for onsite installation.Partner with business units to send and receive information in a timely manner for logistics (programming and kitting radios).Hold internal and external teams accountable, redirect when needed, and manage customer expectations throughout the engagement.Works effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.Team player who effectively integrates, motivates, and builds relationships with cross-functional team members.Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts and achieve results through others who are not direct reports.Qualifications/SkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience.Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint.Proficient in using Microsoft Word.
