C-Store Growth Leader: Ops, Training & Team

Refuel Operating Company, LLC (“Refuel”) is a fast-growing convenience store and fuel operator with a people-first culture. The C-Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising the team to deliver great service.

This role in Lake City, SC requires flexible availability—evenings, weekends, and some holidays—and may travel up to 10% to support stores. A valid driver’s license and prior C-store or retail management experience are preferred.
