C-Store GM: Lead Operations, Grow Profits & Team

The C-Store Manager at Refuel Operating Company, LLC will oversee day-to-day store operations at the assigned store. You will manage scheduling, training, and supervision of team members and the assistant manager(s), ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.

Responsibilities include controlling labor, inventory, and cash handling, implementing promotions, training staff, and adhering to safety and company policies while flexibly covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
