Our team always emphasizes personal development over short-lived success, and we pride ourselves on our intellectual integrity and our ability to deliver outstanding, unbiased analysis products!As a Software Engineer, you will:Develop and enhance C++ modeling and simulation capabilities representing radar, tracking, engagement, and related mission-system behaviorsDeliver software tools that enable analysts use to assess military utility, system requirements, and capability tradeoffs for air dominance and strike systemsCollaborate with a well-rounded team of engineers and analysts to build, adapt, and integrate software for applications, infrastructure, and user interfacesParticipate in defining requirements, designing, developing, testing, integrating, delivering, and maintaining M&S toolsQualifications:Possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.Have a demonstrated record of developing robust, maintainable software using modern C++ 17 or newerCan communicate effectively with end-users about technical issues and new software capabilities.Are willing, able and passionate about learning new concepts and growing your personal skill set.Are able to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S.
