C++ Software Engineer

This is a highly technical engineering role focused on building and improving large-scale, performance-sensitive systems used across the organization.
What You'll Work On
* Designing and building complex distributed systems
* Developing high-performance software in C++ and/or Rust
* Improving the scalability, reliability, and performance of core platforms
* Solving challenging systems and infrastructure problems
* Building tools and services used by highly technical internal users
* Working across different layers of the technology stack
* Collaborating with engineers and technical stakeholders on system design and architecture
What They're Looking For
* Strong professional experience with C++ or Rust
* Distributed systems or large-scale systems experience
* Strong CS and software engineering fundamentals
* Experience with performance-sensitive xawqmyg or systems-level engineering
* Platform, infrastructure, HPC, or backend engineering experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
