- Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In C And C++ Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outcomes And Consistency Across The Team.
- Develop And Mentor Team Members In Their Technical Capabilities, Focusing On Enhancing Productivity Through Training Sessions And Hands-On Code Reviews.
- Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Best Packages, And Potential Architectural Practices, While Identifying Technical Risks And Facilitating Task Breakdown And Estimations.
- Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports That Minimize Exposure And Risks In The Project, Effectively Addressing Any Escalations Encountered During The Development Lifecycle.
