Calico Procurement Specialist

The Buyer (Contractor) will support the procure-to-pay process, including supplier onboarding, quote management, price negotiation, purchase order creation, order tracking, and invoice support. This individual will provide analytical support to laboratory and finance teams through reporting and spend analysis, maintain contract archives, and help track spending against existing agreements. The role also includes training employees on procurement systems and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve procurement processes and operational efficiency.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of South San Francisco, CA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
