The Staley, a high-energy sports bar owned by former Chicago Bears player Israel Idonije and located just blocks from Soldier Field, is looking for fast-paced, hardworking, and energetic Bussers to join our team!

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a busy environment, bring a positive attitude to every shift, and enjoy working as part of a team.

This is a part-time, event-focused position , with shifts primarily scheduled around Chicago Bears games, Soldier Field concerts, major sporting events, and other high-volume occasions.

• Fast, efficient, and able to keep up with high-volume service.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Team players who communicate well and take initiative.

• Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure.

• Availability on weekends, game days, and concert nights.

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.

• Support servers, bartenders, and food runners during busy shifts.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining areas.

• Assist with food running and other service needs.

• Help create a welcoming, fun, and energetic guest experience.
