Busser

Job Summary:
The Busser plays a key support role in delivering an excellent dining experience by maintaining clean, organized tables and assisting the service team. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently

• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed

• Assist servers with delivering food and maintaining table service

• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly stocked

• Remove trash and linen as needed throughout service

• Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and plateware

• Support opening and closing side work

• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
