• Strong table awareness
• Fast, clean resets and refills
• Hands on and comfortable jumping into any task
• Team oriented, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable carrying trays and supporting the floor
• A desire to grow within the team — from busser to runner and beyond
• Fine dining or Michelin experience is a plus but not required

Responsabilidades

• Limpiar y resetear mesas de forma rápida y ordenada
• Mantener el servicio de agua y estar pendiente de los invitados
• Mantener las estaciones limpias, surtidas y organizadas
• Apoyar a los meseros, runners y capitanes durante el servicio
• Ayudar a mantener el flujo y el estándar del comedor
