We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and down-to-earth Litigation Attorney to join a growing legal team in Columbia, South Carolina . If you’ve got solid litigation experience , a collaborative spirit, and the ability to manage a caseload without losing your sense of humor — you might be exactly who our client is looking for.

This local law firm's team work hard, supports each other, and believes in getting great results without the ego. Their cases are complex, fast-moving, and always interesting — and they are ready to hand you the reins (and maybe a cup of coffee). You'll get to do some business litigation and creditor's rights litigation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning your cases from start to finish — pleadings, discovery, motions, trial prep, and court appearances
• Working closely with clients and teammates to develop strategy and deliver results
• Managing deadlines, details, and surprises like a true pro
• Contributing to a positive team culture where we lift each other up (and occasionally make each other laugh)

You Bring:

• 1+ years of litigation experience (creditors rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, construction, commercial, or insurance defense are all great)
• Confidence in the courtroom and strength in your writing
• Solid legal instincts and a practical, client-centered mindset
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to be a team player
• A desire to grow, learn, and contribute in a meaningful way
