Key Responsibilities
- Solve complex business problems using data-driven insights and hypothesis testing.
- Lead critical workstreams and deliver impactful results with minimal supervision.
- Facilitate client discussions, lead workshops, and influence executive stakeholders.
- Drive business transformation using Agile methodologies and process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, support business development, and mentor peers.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, engineering, economics, or a related field from a top university.
- Experience: 5+ years in management consulting or business analysis (preferably from a top-tier consulting firm).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency).
- Experience in Agile and organizational change management.
- Comfortable with travel (up to 80%) and client-facing environments.
