Business Transformation Analyst

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Business Transformation Analyst will analyze, document, and optimize Finance and Financial Services processes to enhance operational efficiency and support revenue growth in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Review existing policies, workflows, tools, and processes to identify inefficiencies and friction points Create clear documentation and standardized processes to improve alignment and reduce redundancy across teams Track key metrics in BI tools to quantify the impact of improvements and surface data-driven insights for future opportunities Required qualifications Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across multiple teams or departments Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder influence Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a passion for technology and process improvement
