Must be EST and willing to travel for quarterly meetings.Need a technical BSA with strong API experience.Troubleshooting responsibilities include:Review and troubleshoot incidents related to PIDS on a daily basisManage incident reporting in ServiceNow toolTrack train information through ARROW (Mainframe) and API queriesEngage different vendors based on the issue reported by the stationsFollow up with stations regarding PIDS issuesTrack and follow up with vendors and Amtrak teams until completion/closure of the incidentsParticipate in PIDS 2.0 project initiation meetingsHelp team in gathering requirements for the PIDS 2.0 projectWork with internal Amtrak teams through service/technical requests
