Business Systems DeveloperGenesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Developer for a hybrid position with a leading law firm located in New York, NY. This is a direct hire opportunity requiring 3 days onsite.We are looking for a high-impact Business Systems Developer who thrives at the intersection of modern intranet engineering, enterprise integration, and workflow automation. In this role, you will help shape and continuously elevate a SharePoint Online hosted intranet, while building the custom applications, APIs, and Power Platform solutions that power how legal professionals collaborate and move work forward.

You will partner directly with practice groups, leadership, and IT stakeholders to translate complex legal workflows into secure and scalable solutions.Responsibilities:Design, build, and enhance SharePoint Online intranet solutions using SPFx web parts and extensions with TypeScript, JavaScript, and ReactSupport and enhance the intranet and collaboration sites, including embedded solutions in SharePointIntegrate SharePoint with internal systems and third-party platformsDesign and deliver Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboardsBuild secure backend services and APIs using C# and modern.NETImplement CI/CD pipelines and support production systemsCollaborate directly with business stakeholders and IT leadershipCreate secure RESTful APIs and event-driven integrationsConsume and integrate REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API to surface data across applicationsFollow change management, security, and deployment standards (SDLC)Provide training and support to staff on deployed tools and platformsRequirements:Associate's degree in Computer Science or related fieldAt least 3-5 years' experience building production solutions using SharePoint Online in a professional services or enterprise environmentStrong SharePoint Online experience including site administration, information architecture, and content managementHands-on SPFx development with TypeScript and React with strong JavaScript (ES6) fundamentalsPractical Power Platform experience: Power Apps (canvas/model-driven) and Power Automate with AI applicationsExperience integrating via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Dataverse)Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical professionalsStrong written/verbal communication and exceptional client service skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDesired skills:Bachelor's degree or higherExperience in a large law firmModern.NET (8-10) experience building services and integrationsAzure experience (Logic Apps, Functions, App Registrations) and CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsExperience with legal-specific platforms, such as iManage or similarRelevant Microsoft certifications (PL-400, MS-600, or other Azure/M365/SharePoint)Pay range: $150,000 - $175,000 per yearBenefits: In addition to base salary and discretionary bonus(es), a generous employee benefits package is offered including, but not limited to, paid time off, medical, dental, vision care, 401(k) and substantial health club discounts.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
