Business Systems Consultant IIILocation: 500 Airport Rd SE Salem, Oregon REMOTE Duration: 6+Months CTH (Possible to Extension)Full-time professional Information Technology Project Development work experience and/or Function/Business Process Analysis work experience. May require an advanced degree and at least 6 years of direct experience in the field. Substitutions: Accredited college training may substitute for the required work experience with a maximum substitution of four (4) years.

(Fifteen (15) semester hours in Information Technology or a related area is required.) Accredited graduate training in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related area may substitute for the required work experience with a maximum substitution of two (2) years. (Fifteen (15) semester hours in Information Technology or a related area is required in either the undergraduate or graduate training). Successfully completion of an Information Technology Certification program, may substitute for the required work experience with a maximum substitution of two (2) years.

(Proof of certification must accompany application.) Two (2) years of work experience as a Project Manager-Associate; Quality Assurance Senior Analyst; Business Systems Consultant-Intermediate; Quality Assurance Analyst may substitute for all of the required experience.Looking for candidates with the following qualifications:Comfortable with dataBack-end checks to make sure the data went through correctlyUnderstand (data sets, field types, schema) at basic levels, anticipating things such as required transformations not based on what the stakeholder said but what they want. Understanding the implications of some of the transformations and the connected systems, Power BIGood with peopleInterviewing stakeholders to complete the intake forms, being able to catch what they aren’t saying. Interviewing with the data up, understanding expectations vs reality and what needs to change.
