Job Summary: We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the delivery of a new enterprise application with a focus on documentation, manual testing, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, pharma domain expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally on security-focused initiatives.
Must-Have:
- 8+ years of BA/BSA experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working on application delivery projects
- Manual application testing experience (not a tester role)
- Familiarity with tools: JIRA, SharePoint
- Ability to work core CST hours (9 AM–5 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of a new enterprise application
- Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct manual testing and assist in test strategy planning
- Maintain documentation and track progress using JIRA and SharePoint
- Work with cross-functional teams including security and IT
- Support data flow mapping and asset lifecycle activities
