Business Systems Analyst will support the OT Security Program

Senior It Business Systems AnalystThe Senior IT Business Systems Analyst will support the OT Security Program by partnering with OT, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. This role focuses on translating operational and security needs into clear requirements, use cases, and process documentation to support informed decision-making and effective solution delivery, while contributing to the reduction of operational risk and improvement of the OT security posture.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze OT business processes and requirements to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of the OT security programPartner with OT, engineering teams, and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirementsCoordinate initiatives and project activities across OT, IT, cybersecurity, and vendor stakeholdersProvide operational support by investigating and resolving system and integration issues in OT environmentsDeliver training, demonstrations, and support adoption of new and enhanced OT security solutionsDevelop and maintain documentation, including operating procedures, workflows, system interfaces, and process diagramsRecommend process, control, and technology improvements based on metrics, findings, and resiliency gapsRequired / Desired SkillsStrong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, particularly in OT environmentsExperience coordinating initiatives and projects across IT, OT, and cybersecurity teamsHands on experience with system testing, including integration and regression testingExperience supporting customers and resolving production or operational issuesAbility to develop training materials such as presentations, guides, job aids, and walkthroughsExperience working within Agile delivery methodologiesFamiliarity with ITIL processes and work management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Change Gear)Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and VisioStrong PowerPoint presentation skills
