Business Systems Analyst With CLM ExperienceLegal Operations is seeking a contract Business System Analyst to join our team. This Business System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the legal organization's various business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Legal environment, and a strong background in business systems analysis.
Additionally, the candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, Conga, CLM, and a working knowledge in Tonkean Workflow Automation, or familiarity with other workflow automation solutions.Duties:Someone who can go out, meet with Stakeholders, extract technical and business requirements from stakeholders, translate, business into technical and process flow requirementsExperience in a technical legal department is a nice to have - but are primarily needing a great BSA, legal background is not his focusSomeone with great comm, someone who is sharp and can get moving quicklySalesforce experience is needed - running BSA initiatives within Salesforce - SF experience is the main requirement - Salesforce is the main must haveApptus/Conga- Contract Lifecycle Management systems (aka CLM) experience is REQUIREDThey have a Workflow Automation tool, Tonkean. Tonkean is not needed.
