Business Systems AnalystLocation: San Francisco, CADuration: 12 monthsMandatory Qualifications:Experience:Experienced with providing clear goals, responsibilities, and providing measurable performance and feedback.Experience in technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalations, status reporting and resource management.Experience working on multiple simultaneous IT programs/projects throughout the entire life cycle from, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Documentation:Create and maintain user guides/manuals, demo videos, and other project artifacts.Maintain branch-wide inventory of LAN/ WAN funded assets, including equipment, licenses, and maintenance.Asset Management. Day to day management of maintenance and licensing contractsCollaboration and Communication:Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and management.Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with project/program manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.Serve as a liaison between the LAN/ WAN Program, the courts, and vendors. Provide vendor escalations, and other information/communication as needed.Experienced at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholders, coworkers, and vendors.Excellent written, verbal communication skills.Others:Experienced with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio.Desirable Qualifications:Recent experience within the Judicial Branch (Trial Courts or Judicial Council) with projects of a similar type helpful.Education:Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or related Engineering field.E: , D:
