Business Systems AnalystLocation Sanjose,CA (Open for Remote)We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to partner closely with product and technical teams to gather requirements, support system design, and ensure successful delivery of data-driven solutions for supplier and procurement initiatives.JD:Gather, analyze, and document business and stakeholder requirementsCreate clear documentation including user stories, functional specs, workflows, and data modelsSupport KPI definition and documentation (business rules, calculations, metadata)Lead feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses for system enhancementsCollaborate through planning, development, testing, and deployment phasesValidate data accuracy and deliver timely analyses and ad-hoc reportsIncorporate security and compliance requirements into system designsMust-Have Skills:Strong experience in requirements gathering, user story writing, and product/testing supportExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of SDLC and business analysis best practicesWillingness to commit long-term (2 years) to support multi?year initiativesBasic understanding of procurement/sourcing processesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field3–5 years of Business or Systems Analyst experienceExperience with cost-benefit analysis, data analysis, and reportingProficiency with Microsoft Office tools
