We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong Marketing/MarTech experience to support business requirements, system analysis, data integrations, and enterprise application initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze business processes and existing systems and recommend solutions and enhancements.
- Design and support integrations across Marketo, BlueConic CDP, CRM, LinkedIn, Oracle, and EDW.
- Lead data mapping, system integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Work with stakeholders, development, QA, data, and architecture teams to deliver business solutions.
- Perform data analysis, validation, profiling, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis using SQL and Python.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
- Support and optimize the MarTech stack, marketing automation, lead management, and data flows.
- Create technical documentation including requirements, workflows, data dictionaries, and integration specifications.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, UAT, change management, and implementation activities.
- Monitor system and data quality and recommend improvements to reliability, scalability, and performance.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst.
- Strong experience in Marketing Technology / MarTech environments.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo and/or BlueConic CDP.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with data integration, data mapping, APIs, CRM, and Enterprise Data Warehouses.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and/or Google Analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Macros.
- Python experience for data validation or automation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, requirements gathering, testing, and UAT.
- Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Banking/Financial Services or IoT experience is preferred.
