From supporting CRM operations and data integrations to contributing to enterprise-wide projects, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.If you're analytical, curious, and passionate about using technology and data to improve business processes, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSystem Monitoring & SupportMonitor and maintain daily CRM data imports and exportsEnsure the stability and performance of CRM-related systems and databasesTroubleshoot data flow, API, replication, backup, and validation issuesCollaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve system and data concernsSupport CRM software deployments and production updatesMaintain development, testing, and training databasesBusiness & Data AnalysisInvestigate and analyze data issues reported by end usersPerform ad-hoc database queries and technical analysisSupport business requirement gathering and solution designAssist with identifying opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliabilityAnalyze import/export processes to ensure data integrity and operational efficiencyProject CollaborationParticipate in projects from planning through production rollout and post-launch supportHelp create and maintain technical documentation, process diagrams, release notes, and project materialsPartner with stakeholders across departments to deliver effective solutions on aggressive timelinesTesting & Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute testing plans for CRM and integrated systemsDocument and communicate bugs, enhancements, and fixes with development teamsCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather business sign-offTeamwork & SupportCollaborate closely with IT and business teams across the organizationOccasionally assist with help desk and general IT support as neededWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Information Technology or related field with 4+ years of relevant SQL/database experience ORBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related disciplineExperience supporting database-driven applications (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environmentPreferred ExperienceSQL Server and data/business analysis experienceCRM and/or ERP systems experienceData import/export and SSIS experienceInsurance industry experience or licensing knowledge is a plusUML or technical documentation experience preferredTechnical SkillsMicrosoft SQL Server (preferred), MySQL, or OracleDatabase maintenance and troubleshootingData analysis and reportingAPI and data integration conceptsCRM/ERP platformsAttention to detail and quality assurance practicesWhy Join Us?At our company, our culture is built around five core values: Caring, Drive, Integrity, Resilience, and Passion.
