Must have extensive Netsuite experience.
We seek a detail-oriented and strategic business systems analyst to support cross-functional finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales initiatives . This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes and systems, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making .
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with NetSuite , be highly proficient in SQL , and have advanced skills in Power BI . This individual will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to analyze and improve business processes and system workflows.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
* Leverage NetSuite to support business operations, optimize processes, and ensure system accuracy.
* Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
* Identify process gaps and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and partner with IT/development teams to implement solutions.
* Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
* Support end-users with system and data-related issues; conduct training sessions as needed.
* Ensure data governance and quality across all platforms.
Requirements
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
* Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
* Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
* Understanding of BoM structure principles and item configuration data settings
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
* Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
* Familiarity with other BI tools or data platforms.
* Project management or process improvement certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP).
