You will work closely with leads across the finance organization to build strategic relationships, establish new systems functionality, and help identify ways to improve financial systems performance. This role will challenge your creativity, technology background, and finance knowledge.
Examples include:Analysis, design, evaluation, testing and implementation of finance systems enhancementsBridging the gap between finance requirements and IT developmentIdentifying opportunities to integrate new and existing systems, and data setsHelp establish and maintain a world class financial planning and reporting systemSkills:In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:3-5 years of experience supporting Accounting and FP&A using Financial Planning System and Business Intelligence (BI)Additional Sales & Finance experience is a plusWorking knowledge of financial budgeting and forecasting of P&L, HR, Capex, and RevenuesSupported the enterprise on a daily basis: including the setup, monitoring, scheduling and resolving of issues relating to data movement processes for actuals, headcount, forecast and budgetPerformed data reconciliation between systems and document financial operation proceduresWorking knowledge of accounting, ERP systems and financial close processesExcellent Microsoft Excel ability, VBA experience is a plusExperience with SAP BPC, Hyperion or similar system design and logicsDemonstrated Independent, confident leadership with excellent verbal and written communicationAbility to synthesize, simplify, and teachDemonstrated ability to grow in the roleBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Economics; CPA, MBA or master degree is a plus but not requiredWe provide competitive compensation, generous benefits and a professional atmosphere.
