This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring survey programs, dashboards, workflows, and integrations are delivered accurately and efficiently. The BSA will focus on requirements refinement, backlog management, testing, UAT coordination, and vendor oversight, supporting the completion of platform development and ongoing enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Delivery SupportPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for surveys, dashboards, workflows, and integrationsTranslate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCreate and maintain documentation including process flows, data mappings, and requirement artifactsSupport vendor-led development and configuration to ensure alignment with business objectivesQuality Assurance & UATWrite, review, and refine test cases for surveys, dashboards, reporting, and data flowsExecute system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business usersValidate end-to-end workflows and data accuracy across platformsTrack, triage, and ensure resolution of defects and enhancement requestsBacklog Management & Operational ExecutionMaintain and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with stakeholdersBalance enhancements, defects, and operational requests based on business value and urgencyTroubleshoot issues related to survey logic, distributions, dashboards, and integrationsDocument issues, root causes, and resolutions for knowledge sharingVendor & Stakeholder CollaborationAct as primary liaison with vendor teams for requirements clarification and QA supportEnsure vendor alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and SLAsCommunicate progress, risks, and delivery timelines to internal stakeholdersDay-to-Day ActivitiesConduct requirement workshops with business usersReview and validate vendor survey and workflow designsManage UAT cycles and test executionMonitor platform issues and support ticket queuesValidate dashboard/report accuracy and access controlsTrack milestones and provide regular status updatesTrain users on survey usage and reporting as neededRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar roleHands-on experience with Qualtrics or another enterprise survey / VoC platformStrong understanding of survey logic, data flows, reporting, and dashboardsExperience working with vendors and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery modelsStrong documentation, requirement-writing, and analytical skillsExperience writing test cases and coordinating UATExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise survey or Voice of Customer (VoC) programsExposure to data governance and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA)Familiarity with Qualtrics dashboards, reporting, and data feedsExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsUnderstanding of analytics, customer data, or integration workflowsCore Skills & CompetenciesBusiness & Functional AnalysisQualtrics Survey & Platform KnowledgeRequirements Gathering & DocumentationQA Testing & UAT CoordinationBacklog & Ticket ManagementVendor & Stakeholder CollaborationProblem Solving & Root Cause AnalysisClear Communication & Reporting
