We have added to our spirits portfolio with our first Tequila and Mezcal brands.Position OverviewWe're looking for a highly organized, technically curious Business Systems Analyst to join our Los Angeles team. This role sits at the intersection of business, systems, and data—supporting critical applications, leading ERP-related initiatives, and turning data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions.You'll act as a key point of contact for the LA office, providing hands-on application support while also playing a central role in system implementations and improvements.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and bringing structure to complex initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Strategic InsightsPartner with stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities for improvementTranslate business needs into clear system and reporting requirementsUse data to generate insights that support more informed, strategic decision-makingDocument processes, user stories, and workflows to support solution designSystems & Application SupportProvide day-to-day application support (not development) for ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks), internal tools, and business applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve system and user issues, ensuring minimal disruptionSupport and maintain SharePoint sites and other internal or visitor-facing applicationsServe as the go-to IT support resource for the LA teamProject Delivery & ERP ImplementationAct as the main point of contact for system implementations, particularly ERP-related initiativesLead or support projects from an IT perspective, functioning similarly to a project managerCoordinate across business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendorsSupport project planning, timelines, testing (UAT), and successful rolloutBring structure, organization, and accountability to large-scale initiativesData, Reporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BIWork with SQL tables and underlying data to extract, analyze, and present insightsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systemsTranslate data into meaningful insights for operational and executive decision-makingProcess Improvement & GovernanceIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve system usageSupport intake, prioritization, and tracking of system enhancementsMaintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and configurationsQualifications4+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar hybrid systems/application support roleHands-on experience supporting and/or implementing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, reporting, data visualization)Minimum one year experience with Microsoft Power AutomateWorking knowledge of Microsoft SQLExposure to large-scale system implementations or projects (project coordination or delivery)Experience in application supportFamiliarity with SharePoint and basic web/design concepts is an assetStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insightsHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and listening skills; able to translate business needs into solutionsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionallyProactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented with a strong focus on team fitBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
