The Business/System Support Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements while also providing day-to-day system support and user assistance.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for loan application and monitoring workflowsFacilitate requirements-gathering sessions and working group sessionsDevelop and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements, user stories, and process flowsTranslate business needs into clear, testable, system requirements for development and configuration teamsSupport system design reviews, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Assist with prioritization of enhancements, defect resolution, and release planning as neededEnsure requirements align with business processes, regulatory requirements, and operational needsServe as a point of contact for user questions, access requests, and system issuesDocument and track incidents, service requests, and enhancements using a ticketing systemDevelop and maintain user guides, training materials, and standard operating proceduresConduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities as neededCoordinate with technical teams to resolve system defects and performance issuesRequirementsUS Citizenship is requiredA minimum of 3 years of related professional experienceProven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Application Support AnalystExperience gathering and documenting requirements for enterprise systems or financial applicationsStrong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practicesExperience providing end-user system support in a production environmentAbility to create clear documentation, process diagrams, and functional specificationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience working directly with non-technical stakeholdersExperience with loan application systems is preferredExperience with Jira is preferredEducation: Bachelor's DegreeCompensation: Includes paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, 401k matching, life insurance, health, and dental benefits.This position is not available for Corp-to-Corp or 3rd party sourcing.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
