Job Title: Business System Configuration Analyst

*No C2C/No Sponsorship*

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ month contract (Permanent conversion potential)

Pay: $32/hr

Role/Description:

Performs and maintains correspondence configuration in all applications, per business requirements and project due dates.

o Participates in cross-functional review of correspondence projects for requirements gathering and configuration planning.

o Analyzes new and existing correspondence business requirements.

o Transfers business requirements into business system configuration requirements.

o Adheres to documented policies and procedures for correspondence configuration activities.

o Participates in unit and peer acceptance testing, documents issues, researches, and test solutions. This is performed for new and existing configuration, within targeted time frames and within business standards.

o Interfaces with other departments to successfully resolve configuration issues.

o Handles other projects as assigned.

Required Experience:

o 3 or more years of experience with clinical systems or health information management.

o Ability to identify system/workflow and testing problem areas.

o Ability to document basic workflow, system requirements, impact, design and processes and conduct acceptance testing for configuration and implementation.

o Ability to configure systems based on contract and understanding impact on other subsystems.

o Excellent written and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

o Agile environment is a HUGE plus

o Advanced MS Word skills: ex merch fields & bookmarks

o Experience working with business to understand requirements and transfer them into configurations (i.e. implementation/integration into systems)

o HIGH attention-to-detail
