Business Analyst SupportSummary: Business Analyst support to assist the Government in evaluating, documenting, and improving business processes, systems, and operational workflows. The Business Analyst shall support mission objectives by facilitating requirements development, conducting data analysis, and ensuring alignment with federal standards and best practices.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost reductionElicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements from Government stakeholdersDevelop business process models, use cases, and workflow diagramsSupport the translation of business requirements into technical specifications for system development and implementationAssist in the development of reports, briefings, and documentation for Government review and decision-makingParticipate in system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure requirements are metTrack and report on project performance, risks, and issuesEnsure all activities comply with applicable federal regulations, policies, and standardsCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including program management, technical staff, and external stakeholdersMinimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.):Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related disciplineA minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related fieldU.S. Citizenship is requiredDemonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentationStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain required Government security credentialsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality
