Business System Analyst9+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required. At least 3+ years of experience in the health insurance industry is required. Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above, and relationship managers.
Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD, RTM, User Stories. Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies.
