Good with Data Analysis & well versed with Data & BI Platform implementation.Experience:10+ years of experience; good to have domain knowledge in Clinical Research Organization & Biopharmaceutical services.Should have worked in Data Engineering, Data Warehouse, BI Reporting projects as business analystShould have worked in Data profiling/mining, support documentation need (data inventory/mapping, etc), support validation document needed if any.Should have end-to-end understanding of data platform and Analytics systemsUsing statistical tools to identify, analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.Collecting, defining, and documenting business requirements related to Enterprise Reporting solutionProvide inputs to project team on the mapping and system behavior required for a successful integration as signed off in the functional specificationWork closely with Product owner, and other business stakeholders to suggest best possible process architecture and improvisations to IT teamAnalyze and evaluate large amount of data and current business processes a company has, identify areas of improvementsPresenting ideas and findings to all stakeholders.Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirementsEnsure any changes impacting the integration interfaces are communicated well in advancePreparing analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.Performing sanity testing, User acceptance testing as needed.Prioritizing initiatives/user stories based on business needs and requirements.Good understanding for different DB and cloud technologies is plusWorking knowledge of any agile tools like Jira/Confluence preferred, Creating User Stories, Epic etc.
