The role partners with Loan Officers and internal teams to maintain accurate loan pricing, locks, and data while ensuring compliance and timely pipeline processing.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain rate locks, relocks, extensions, renegotiations, and pricing updatesPerform manual loan data updates and validate eligibility/pricing rulesSupport reporting, audits, and testing during rule rolloutsManage high-volume email queues and resolve pipeline issues with stakeholdersEnsure accuracy and compliance across mortgage operationsRequired SkillsStrong math aptitude (percentages, rates, calculations)Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiencyExcellent attention to detail and data entry accuracyStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPreferredMortgage industry experienceExperience with Empower, Encompass, SPARK, or PollyExInterview: One round (Microsoft Teams) Start: Immediate need
