To support the development of Oregon's new State-Based Marketplace, the full-time temporary Business Subject Matter Expert will review project requirements, create and execute UAT test cases, and collaborate with business and technical teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Review and analyze project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for clarity and testability Create, update, and maintain UAT test cases, scenarios, and test suites while executing manual UAT test cases and documenting results Support regression testing and validate defect fixes to ensure system stability and compliance with Marketplace policies Required qualifications Experience in a Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) environment with a strong understanding of Marketplace operations Advanced knowledge of UAT methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum frameworks Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test cases Experience designing and executing complex test scenarios
