Responsibilities:
- Business Transformation : Partner with business stakeholders to analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable technology solutions that drive operational efficiency.
- Business Analysis : Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
- Project Management : Lead cross-functional technology and business initiatives from planning through execution, including project plans, budgets, timelines, risk management, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.
- Technology Solutions : Collaborate with developers on solution design, data models, user interfaces, testing, and implementation while ensuring business requirements are met.
- AI & Automation : Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, workflow automation, and project delivery while identifying opportunities to create business value through emerging technologies.
- Change Management : Drive user adoption through training, communication, rollout planning, and organizational change management initiatives.
- Process Improvement : Reengineer existing business processes, challenge the status quo, and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity and enhance the user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Investment, Finance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to deliver strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Project Operations : Maintain project documentation, risk registers, issue logs, project repositories, and support day-to-day project coordination activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar graduate degree preferred.
- Experience: 6–12 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, business systems, project management, or technology implementation within financial services, asset management, investment banking, or consulting.
- Business & Technology: Strong experience gathering requirements, process mapping, business analysis, quality assurance, and technology delivery.
- Project Management: Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills with experience using project management tools, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- AI & Innovation: Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and workflow automation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, analytics, and process optimization.
- Preferred Experience: Exposure to accounting, CRM, front-office, investment operations, or back-office systems; familiarity with SQL, VBA, or coding is a plus.
- Attributes: Highly organized, intellectually curious, collaborative, and proactive with exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
