You will move beyond foundational support to independently lead cross-functional workstreams, develop data-driven recommendations, and help shape the stories that drive Moss forward.This role is ideal for a motivated professional who has built a solid foundation in business strategy or a related field and is ready to operate with greater autonomy, influence cross-functional conversations, and develop the strategic acumen needed to advance into a senior-level role. You will collaborate closely with the Business Strategy Manager and the broader team, contributing fresh perspectives while continuing to grow your strategic toolkit.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead the development of presentations and deliverables for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other strategic initiatives, ensuring quality, clarity, and alignment with business unit goalsIndependently manage cross-functional projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders across Strategy, Marketing, Communications, and Business Units to gather inputs and drive progressConduct market and competitive research, synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic recommendationsSupport senior leaders and business unit partners by identifying needs, asking thoughtful questions, and translating ambiguous challenges into structured plansDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking mechanisms to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder alignmentCollaborate closely with Senior Business Strategy Specialists to co-develop strategies, implementation plans, and rollout approaches for key initiativesCraft compelling narratives and communication materials tailored to diverse internal audiences, including leadership and executive teamsContribute to the identification of best practices, process improvements, and opportunities for strategic innovation across business unitsPerform other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred)3–5 years of experience in business strategy, communications, operations, consulting, or a related fieldHighly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelData visualization skills a plus (i.e., PowerBI, Smartsheets)Strong analytical and critical thinking skills—able to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendationsDemonstrated ability to independently manage projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills—able to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with leadershipComfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative with limited directionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideasSelf-starter with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and organizational skillsTeam player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across functionsMust be able to manage confidential information with discretionMust have the ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends to meet project deadlinesCurious, eager to learn, and open to feedbackStrong work ethic, maturity, and a positive, can-do attitudeEntrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving abilitiesEmbodies Moss's values: Work Hard, Be Nice, Have FunJOB TITLE: BUSINESS STRATEGY SPECIALISTJOB LOCATION: FORT LAUDERDALE, FLCLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME – EXEMPT – SALARIEDREPORTS TO: BUSINESS STRATEGY MANAGERMoss is an equal opportunity employer.
