Key responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to define operational goals and assess performance challenges Translate business priorities into actionable initiatives and support roadmap planning activities Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of strategic initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic delivery, or consulting, preferably in P&C insurance Advanced understanding of insurance workflows, operational processes, and business analysis practices Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and synthesize complex information Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust across teams
