Key Responsibilities: Serve as the CIDO Business Strategy lead, translating enterprise context and leadership intent into coherent strategy framing Develop strategic narratives and decision-ready materials that clarify priorities and expected outcomes Partner with technical and business architecture leads to align strategy with execution realities and support leadership decision-making Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Information Systems, or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance Demonstrated experience in business strategy, enterprise planning, and transformation planning Experience developing executive-ready decision materials and strategic roadmaps Strong ability to work across business and technical stakeholders, connecting strategy to measurable outcomes
