Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Analyst, Business & Strategy will analyze business and financial data to identify trends and opportunities, improve performance, and support revenue growth and retention through actionable insights. Key responsibilities Analyze business, financial, customer, and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations Maintain dashboards and reporting for key KPIs, corporate OKRs, and business reviews for leadership Evaluate MarketAI and competitive data to uncover revenue and retention opportunities for sales and Client Success teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience Minimum of three years' experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and experience in BI and reporting tools like Power BI Experience with ERP, CRM, or financial systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively pursue insights from data
